Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This position will also assist in regular plant maintenance. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

- Fabricate electrical components as needed

- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments

- Experience with industrial maintenance practices

- Mechanical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting and repairs

- Familiarity with low voltage systems (24 vdc - 480 vac)

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an electrical technician program or apprenticeship preferred

- Valid driver's license

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
